Gain management survival skills with our four-course Pillars of Management Certificate of Completion, developed in consultation with human resource and training experts. Get a solid foundation in four main areas of management: communications, human resources, financial/operational and leadership. Further enhance your knowledge and training by taking additional courses to earn a full Management Development Certificate.
Earning Your Certificates
Earn your Pillars of Management Certificate of Completion by completing the four required courses (60 hours). Earn your Management Development Certificate by selecting a minimum of 140 hours of additional courses. The program may be completed within one semester or extended over three years. You may also register in individual courses provided you meet prerequisites.
Career Outlook
Management and training skills are applicable in any managerial or supervisory position, whether it is new to you or you have been in the role for some time. Completion of the Management Development Extension Certificate may qualify you for advancement or entry into a managerial role.
